SJ蝶式雙軸攪拌機(jī)
蝶式雙軸攪拌機(jī)適用于高粘度涂料、、膠黏劑、膩?zhàn)?、原子灰、真石漆等化工產(chǎn)品的攪拌混合。其結(jié)構(gòu)為：低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的蝶形攪拌器使物料在缸內(nèi)翻動(dòng)和混合，高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的齒形分散盤(pán)與混合的物料產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的剪切，使聚集物迅速混合、分散、溶解。在其高低速的不同作用下，物料能夠均勻混合分散。
常用型號(hào)（以料桶容積命名例如：SJ500，ZSJ500等）

客戶(hù)可選擇的選項(xiàng)：
Customer can choice:
一、葉輪的形式。
二、是否需要抱夾來(lái)固定移動(dòng)的料缸。
三、是否需要固定在機(jī)器上的蓋子及蓋子上的開(kāi)口如加料口、視鏡等。（同一機(jī)器使用固定尺寸拉缸可參考）。
四、是否需要機(jī)身具有電動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向功能（特別針對(duì)平臺(tái)式）。
#1--Blade’s modality
#2--If the machine need one set of safety arms to catch the mobile vessels.
#3--If the machine need a lid that fixed on the machine & the holes on the lid as feeding hole, looking hole etc..(same mobile vessels’ size that the machine is used for).
#4--If the machine need electric turning the body from one vessel to another vessels or by manual turning.(for the model that mounted on platform)
